Payment Options
With Pinecreek Sheds, a deposit is taken at the time of purchase if you are paying cash or check. The remaining balance is paid at the time of delivery. If you perfer to make payments on your building, Buckeye Rentals RTO program has you covered with no credit check required. A security deposit and the first months rent is due at the time of purchase.

Rent to Own
Since this is a true rental program, there is no credit check required to sign up, and there is no obligation to keep the building. You can return the shed at any time for any reason with no penalty whatsoever.
DELIVERY
Free Delivery
We offer FREE delivery within 50 miles of any of our sales locations. All buildings over 12 feet wide require a special hauler permit. The charges for these permits will be added to the price of the building at the time of sale.
Delivery Process
Pinecreek Sheds will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time when your building is ready to be delivered. The day of the delivery, your assigned driver will call you when they are en route.
Site Preparation
The location where the building will sit should be fairly level and free of any stumps, rocks, or debris. We recommend putting down a bed of gravel about 3-5 inches thick. This will help prevent the building from settling and getting out of plumb and can also extend the life of the foundation. Make sure we have access and enough clearance to transport the building to its final destination. Please discuss with your sales rep the number of blocks needed to level, if any. We will level the building upon delivery, and thereafter the customer is responsible for keeping it level.
