When ordering your custom garage, one major thing to consider is the roof style. We offer three roofing styles to best meet your needs:

• Standard Roof. Our standard roof style is the most economical option. This style will give you the traditional garage style with curved sides. 

• A-Frame (Horizontal). If you are looking for a residential-style, our A-frame roof styles will be more convenient for you. Our A-frame horizontal roof features a panel running from end to end. 

• A-Frame (Vertical). We highly recommend that you upgrade to an A-frame vertical roof for units that are greater than 30 feet in length. The main reason is that our sheet panels are only 30 feet in length, so the panels will be overlapping, causing the roof of your unit to have leaks in the future—and you don’t want that to happen to your belongings. With our A-frame vertical roof, however, our panels run from the peak of the unit toward the eaves, and it is reinforced with hat channels. Another important advantage of this roof style is that it is perfect for places with snow loads. With vertical panels, snow and debris can slide off the roof easily without the constant need for maintenance.

Wide span buildings are large metal structures, typically used for commercial purposes. Our clear span metal buildings are available in many sizes, starting at 32 feet wide.

You can fully customize the size of your building to best meet your needs. Here’s what you need to know about our sizing options for wide span metal buildings:

• Length. There is no limit on the length we can produce! You can create a structure as long as you need.

• Height. Our clear span buildings can range from 10 to 25 feet tall. 

• Width. The widest we can go is 100 feet. It is safe to say that even with a unit that big, it is still certified for us.

Our metal clear span structures are available in many different sizes. If you don’t see the size you need on our pricing sheet, it does not mean we will not do it. We can create your structure in any size, as long as it falls within the specifications noted above.

• Important Note on Width to Height Ratio. For stability purposes, the width of our units cannot exceed the leg height. The width and height can always be the same but cannot surpass the leg height.
